About Me

I am a student of life, a mother, a wife, a veteran, a person with dreams and goals. My current occupation is professional counselor and I am known to my friends as a “Jane of all things” when not in the office.  I have have been a soldier, a mechanic, a teacher, and many other things. I have a deep love for books, photography, and personal technology.

Astute Unruly Me is how my brain works. With in moments, I can have perfect insight and then become completely unglued.

Turns out I have ADHD. Life is the adventure we didn’t ask for.
